Extremely happy. When I received the initial picture I realized it was missing one of tuck’s distinguishing features. I reached out to the team and they had a new one issued right away after having the draft approved. Very happy and will be back!

So I had posted a 3-star review about a month ago on my last order, that I bought for a friend, of a Custom One Pet Portrait 12" x 16". I was not particularly happy with the final product (the colors of the pet were all over the place - borderline looked like clown makeup) and soon after I posted the review, I was contacted by West & Willow customer service to rectify the situation. I would have to say they valued my feedback, offered to re-do the artwork at no extra charge to me and took the time to patiently work with me on making the necessary changes until the final product was to my liking. I received the product and am happy with the way it turned out. I can confidently shop at West & Willow for future pet portraits, regardless of some hiccups, because of there excellent customer service.
