West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I loved the products and their customer service is fantastic! There was a slight mixup (I had two different dogs and two different products) and they fixed it immediately....so thankful!

Excellent customer service!! So happy with everything- thank you for your help and such a beautiful picture!

This is the third time I order from them and everything they do is amazing! I love their portraits.

I put in the wrong discount code for a free mug with my portrait purchase and realized after I received the portrait. I contacted customer support explained my concern of not receiving the mug, and Ralph on their team walked me through resolving my mistake and got the order out for the promotion of a free mug. Thank you - very happy with my experience and the product themselves. I love this company and will continue to use it in the future.

Camille was the best!! Super helpful!

You captured our Chloe perfectly 🥰🥰thank you and thank you for great customer service !!!

West & willow has exceptional customer service. They worked with me to find the best version and memory of my dog who unfortunately passed away. I decided to recreate a photo as a wonderful memory and gift to my family. West & willow ensured I was happy with the outcome and was amazing through the whole process . Special shout-out to Ralph who helped me make the family very happy and created the best memory to frame !

Great job on this representation of one of my cats. I will be ordering another one soon!
