West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

ordered 2 portraits - one for my bestie, one for my parents - both pics look just like the dogs - captured them! now I need to order for my fur babies!!

I am very please with the costumer service . I had a concern with the portrait of my dog and West and Willow resolved the problem to my satisfaction. Thank you 😊 Norma Urrutia

I LOVE my dog's portrait! I didn't have super high expectations because my dog does not take great photos and I wasn't sure if they'd be able to get a feel for her in the one I uploaded. It looks absolutely amazing- I'm so impressed! Have already recommended to everyone I know.

The customer support and service at West & Willow was stellar! The best I have received from any company I have purchased from. Camille, the Customer Happiness Lead for West & Willow Customer Support Team, had a cheerful, positive attitude and provided constant communication throughout my order process keeping me informed every step of the way. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. I'm thrilled with my pet portrait and would highly recommend West & Willow.

Based on what I have seen, the staff at West & Willow work really hard to make sure you get the portrait your pet deserves. Thank you.

The order process was very easy! My daughters have ordered from you and they are very happy with their pictures!

Fantastic experience and results! The colour of our cats fur wasn't exactly right, so when I reached out West & Willow got back to me right away and fixed the problem. They communicated directly with me, and sent me a new framed copy at no charge. The new copy is absolutely perfect! I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Thank you West & Willow ❤️

I cannot say enough how much we love our portrait of our dog Taco. My husband was literally brought to tears when he saw it. One of the best ways you can memorialize your fur baby. Customer service is also amazing! Had an issue with the shipping I paid extra for and they quickly refunded the extra cost!
