Customer support responded and were able to meet my expectations since there were a few inconsistencies in the photo art, once received. They responded and sent me a brand new product to my satisfaction. I am very appreciative of the support and response time that west & willow gave me! Thank you!

I am very happy with the product! It captured the dog so accurately. However, it did come with a couple cresses when I opened the package. After receiving the product, I think it is a little expensive, but I do enjoy supporting small businesses.

The picture of my dog turned out *okay,* but I wish there was an opportunity to approve a draft before paying. Like, maybe a small fee for a mock-up, and/or the opportunity to choose between several different renderings. I also wish there were more options for the font/sizing/placement of the animal's name. The print came quickly and we will display it; it just didn't turn out quite as awesome as I would've liked for the cost. I highly recommend paying the extra $10 for a digital copy--or only getting the digital copy. At least then you can have the image reproduced on several different customizable options (on Amazon, Etsy, etc.).

I’m writing another review as I did receive the portrait in time for Christmas. I do think you should install more updates to the customer though. And a proofing system? Like I said in the last review, there’s no correspondence regarding the picture I submitted, so I had no idea for days if I was going to receive it. Once I did though, it was nice and my sister loved it.

Customer service helped me with an issue. Quality of the portrait was less than expected (seemed like standard paper that got moisture/wavy) though loved the portrait itself.

The replication of our dogs turned out great. I would have given 5 stars if the spacing was improved. The dogs faces seemed very small relative to the available white space. Now that I look back, Many of the photo examples on the website are like this too.

WW was super helpful, I first received an image of my pet that didn't meet my expectations but they fixed it and sent me the perfect image, I was able to work directly with their designer and that person provided the perfect solution.
