I like the pictures and they were framed very nicely however, I wish that I could’ve seen a copy of the images first to approve them before they were officially printed because if I could have, I would’ve changed one of the two prints that I had made. I actually expected to be able to see a “rough draft” first and was surprised when that didn’t happen. I can’t help but be disappointed in one of my prints and it’s a real shame because it’s of my cat that is currently really sick and I don’t know how much longer I’ll have him with me so I really, really wanted to love the print and feel like it represented him better. I had been between sending two pictures for him and I guess I picked the wrong one…

The coloring was a bit off, so the dogs look slightly different. Delivered fast, so that’s a plus.

While the essence of the pets definitely came through in the eyes, the color and markings are a miss. The colors came out too warm on both portraits. One cat has more black/dark markings and it came out more brown and the other is white with gray tabby markings but she has brown/cream on her, no black or gray at all and no discernible tabby markings. Overall she is too light. I should have gone to someone on Etsy instead. The fact that you don't get to approve a proof should've been a red flag. This is a gift to my parents, so I'm extra disappointed and a bit concerned that they won't be very happy with them since they are not very accurate representations of their cats.

Order arrived promptly and is beautiful but the frame is upside down (picture hanger is on the bottom) and I am hoping I can easily remove the picture and fix it. It seems to be very secure and I’m worried I’ll damage the art trying to get it out.

Cautiously optimistic about West and Willow. The user experience was not great (website worked terribly on iOS mobile device). It also wasn't clear at the time of order how long items would take to ship.

Order process was easy and fast, but did not provide any time frame in which I can expect delivery.

cute pic but maybe a little pricy for what I got. I had a 10% off that I couldn't get to work, and then was disappointed when the whole site was 25% off for Black Friday a couple of days later. My fault-should have waited to order. $10 shipping. Still makes a cute gift but even cuter if you can find a sale! :)
