Ordered on 12/11, although late for Christmas.... paid $12.99 for my illustration to be pushed to the front of the line. Still no update on shipping, I’ve emailed twice with no response, all while getting spammed with promotional texts and emails. I hope the picture is actually worth it for the money I’ve paid. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars. My advice would be to save your $12.99 because obviously it doesn’t do anything. I work in customer service, and I will confidently say the customer service is poor to say the least. Will update when I get my photo.

I’ve sent two Emails wondering where the order is not even a tracking number or any type of response I understand it’s the holidays but a tracking number would help . I can’t wait for the portrait but I’m beginning to think I’m never going to get it :/

This will probably be our first and last time ordering from west & willow. We've tried to contact them to update our shipping address but we have YET to receive any kind of email back from them and it's been over 2 weeks. We also ordered our portrait over 2 weeks ago with no updated confirmation about where it's at when they will be shipping it out. I understand this is during the holiday season but that is where communication is key to make sure your customers are updated without worrying where their gift maybe if it's even going to be sent to them at all. We're still waiting on our shipment to get to us after it was already supposed to be here as well. I hope there is another company that does this same thing but has a better way of communicating with their customers.

I ordered four portraits well in time for Christmas. One name was misspelled and two had the wrong frames. It took a while for them to respond to me but they eventually told me a new and correct order would be ordered for me. I’ve been messaging now for over a week for an update because I was hoping they would ship in time for Christmas. But I’ve since received no response whatsoever and I feel terrible that my Christmas gift plans were spoiled. These portraits are not inexpensive. I expected better service than this. Also, I don’t understand why proofs aren’t sent to customers before orders are shipped out. This would’ve saved a lot of time, disappointment, and resources.

Ordered a 8x10 print, since I already had a frame I just ordered the print. Once I received the print it was rolled up and smooshed, vs sending the print in an envelope like normal pictures they rolled it up and put it in an over large box. Needless to say the print was bent and crease marks were left. The print was larger than 8x10 and I had to keep trimming it on the length and width. This was annoying as I cannot cut anything straight for the life of me. Paying about $50 for these results was absolutely disappointing, to add on top of it the pictures was decent but they aged my dog. Would not order again.

I placed an order for one picture containing two dogs. When I placed the order I was advised that I would then receive a preview before the print was sent out. I did not receive this preview and the print arrived a few days later. When the print arrived one dog was of good quality but the other was fuzzy and unclear as though looking through a lense with water on it.

I bought a pet portrait of 3 pets on November 17th with a guaranteed before christmas delivery being in place till the 4th. My order will now he in on the 29th 4 days after christmas and I only found out this after a 9 email long chain of me basically begging for order tracking and them giving me copy and paste responses or a bot replying to me. They need to figure out shipping becuase it's the worst I've ever gone through. Have yet to receive the product.
