I have a lot of respect and appreciation for West & Willow. After looking forward to having a memorial print done of my dearly departed dog by West & Willow, I was initially disappointed with the image created (much of it depends on the type of detail in the photo you provide). When I explained this to their customer service department, they were committed to ensuring I was happy with the artwork. They kept me abreast of any delays (it helps to be patient), and they asked specific questions until they eventually created an image that reflected my beloved dog. It's rare to find this level of customer service anywhere these days, let alone from an online based business.
