Perfect image of dogs and perfect gift!

I have ordered several portraits from West and Willow and they have been amazing in capturing the dogs’ personalities and nave been delivered in perfect shape. I recently however received one that was damaged in shipping. I had paid to extradite the order because my friend had recently lost her fur baby. West and Willow promptly shipped me another one which arrived on perfect condition! Well done customer sevice!

I ordered a portrait of my dog about 6 months prior to him sadly passing. With him gone I spent more time looking at his portrait and felt something was off - the amazing team at West & Willow immediately drafted up another version and worked me until the image felt almost identical to his true coloring and quirks.
