I ordered two pictures of my dogs. While they missed some direction I had given, I contacted them and they quickly resolved the issue and reshipped me an updated picture. I'm really happy with my two prints and their great customer service. I recommend them to anyone who loves their pets.

Fabulous! At first the picture was not what I had hoped. And since I already have three portraits of my other pups, I contacted the company. They fixed everything and really went above and beyond to get it right for my Frankie!! I am very grateful!

West & Willow’s customer service was beyond wonderful and amazing! We weren’t completely satisfied with the first portrait sent to us, the art was great but we didn’t feel like it completely resembled our fur babies. I reached out to customer service with requests and we had new art work emailed to us for approval and afterwards the new art was shipped to us quickly and with no extra charge!
