The customer service at West and Willow is amazing. I wasn’t satisfied with my first order because the eye colour of my dog was off and they were quick to work with me to get a replacement photo to my liking. Only frustration was going back and forth with the designers after explaining what I was looking for a few times and it didn’t seem they were reading my full feedback so I had to remind them of other things to adjust. I recommend to anyone who wishes to order from here to ask for the mock up of the image first before being sent to production as it’s taken quite some time to confirm the adjusted features and then have it shipped.

As a first time buyer I didn’t get the 20% discount

I received the photo quite quickly and it was amazing. The mug did not arrive however, but customer service was very helpful and they kept following up with me to ensure I received it. Would recommend.

This is my 3rd purchase and hope it it as good as the other 2. Sure it will.

instructions on how to upload a photo for not so computer savvy people would be helpful. I had to call my son to find out how to do it. Other than that all good.

It would be nice to get a preview first before going into production. Not sure if that was an option. Otherwise, great experience thus far.

I could not upload a picture from my computer, only from social media

They were easy and it was reasonably priced! The only thing is that I wish I could’ve seen the picture beforehand so I could adjust it but it still turned out great!
