My friends gave me a portrait of my dog last year and this year I adopted another dog and wanted to get her portrait done. Initially I was excited as I love the one I have but the process of getting this has been longer than expected (it’s been 3 weeks and no shipping email). I just got the digital download and the coloring is way off than the photo I provided. I emailed them in hopes they can correct prior to printing and framing as it is pricey.

I tried to buy using the Black Friday discount, but Apple Pay didn’t allow for the discount to be added. I got a text from someone at west and willow and asked if I needed assistance, and when I told her, she said to email support. I did that day. And it’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard back. Now I have received my order, but the frame is white when I ordered black. So I’ll need to call in and get that fixed. I’m a repeat customer. Since my family has so many animals. I’ve bought like 8 of these. This is the first time I’ve had any trouble. All other times are 5 star

Upon checking, I have found a number of email threads with yourself, all of which have been responded to. We use a ticketing system to ensure nothing gets missed, but I do not doubt what you are saying and I apologize as our system must have failed us on this occasion. I received my print order from West & Willow. It turned out better than I expected. It will make the perfect Christmas present! One slight problem...Whomever framed the print put the picture hanger in the wrong place. I'm glad I checked it before Christmas. I had to take off the cardboard back of the frame and turn the picture around so that it would hang correctly. This took quite a bit of work on my part since I was afraid of damaging either the frame or the print. This mistake should have been caught before it was shipped to me. Please make sure the picture hanger is installed properly in all of your upcoming orders. No one wants a picture that hangs upside down!!! Thanks!

I had asked for a specific pet to be in the middle and it didn’t come that way so now the picture looks off- super disappointed as this was a Christmas present for someone. And I paid $270 for it to come wrong.

Loved the product just very disappointed in customer service. The website indicated there was 10,15 or 20% off. When I checked out I didn’t not get discount. I contact customer service asking them to apply it and they said it was Black Friday discount. Then why did it not say that on the site it is false advertising
