Thank you!
I really enjoyed the check out process and the customer service experience but I have to be honest, this does not look quite like our dog, Charlie. The entire package is just adorable, frame, name/font. I just don't think it looks like our boy.

Got bent when rolled
The picture itself is fine although it seems like it could be centered better. There is a lot of space at the top and the dogs are at the very bottom so some will be cut off when put in a frame. It is also bent in a couple of spots due to being rolled up. Hoping that won’t be as noticeable if it is flattened and put in a frame.

Great products
Great products, fast processing and shipping... but you really need to add the option of a Gift Note.

Convenient but expensive
Convenient but expensive. Also, I send these as gifts and I hate that I’m not able to see the final product before it’s sent. When it’s paid for, it would be nice to see a picture of what I bought and sent to someone. Weird sending it as a gift and then asking the person “ hey can you send me a picture of it because I have no idea what it looks like.”

Both the mug and picture were very cute, but... The font on the cup could have been a bit larger. The picture, although very cute, was no way worth that price. Just sayin. You asked if told.

Disapointed especially for the cost.
I asked for a mug for my Birthday from my husband as I had wanted one for so long with my two boys on there (cocker spaniels) When is came (with the astronomical cost) I feel disappointed. I feel like the detail of the boys wasn't great and not much detail in their faces at all.
