Sizing was smaller than advertised and cheap quality for the price paid. I then requested a redrawing of one of them and that was done, however they enlarged the photo and now I have two photos of two different dogs and two different sizes.

Hi Dana, We are sorry to hear we didn't get your order quite right. Please reach back out to our support team and we'll be happy to do so.

The portrait of Oprah is smaller than I expected. It lacks definition, in my opinion. And the price was very high, the grand total was over $92.00. I regret to say I will not do business with West & Willow again.

Hi Gisela, We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your portrait. I do see that we reached out due to the original photo you provided not meeting our minimum criteria for a good portrait. Since we did not receive an additional photo, we had to proceed with the only image your provided. Unfortunately, since the photo was low quality, we may not have been able to get the depth you wanted.

Ordered a week before fathers day and it is June 27th and we still do not have it! I had unblocked their main email but the artist reached out a few weeks after getting photos and the email went to my junk mail with no attempt to call ir text me. My dad returned home yesterday from a rehab center abd I was hoping this would be there for him and we still have not received it !

Hi Vandi, Please note that as advertised, orders can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. I also see that we were unable to process your order immediately due to a filtered photo which we reached out to you about. In these cases, the order is delayed by a day or so while we wait on a new photo. I see that your order has since been delivered. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

The print that I ordered was fine, but I have yet to receive the digital download that I paid for. Both were ordered at the same time and I honestly expected to receive my digital download first - but that was not the case.

Hi Marti, I'm sorry you haven't received your digital download yet. They typically email out once the physical order is delivered. We have sent it to you via email. Please check your spam filter if it doesn't appear in your inbox. Reach out to our support team if you do not see it and we can send it again.

I have purchased from west and willow many times before but unfortunately this last time was a disaster. It took almost 9 weeks to receive my portrait just for it to come in and not look like my cat. Customer service kept making excuses as to why my order wasn’t shipped out saying it was in the fulfillment stage and then it wasn’t and then it was again. It was 4 weeks of non sense. Then I told them by the 8th week I needed to change my address before they shipped because I was moving and didn’t expect it to take too long when they say the delivery time is 2-3 weeks at most. They told me that is my problem and I have to figure out how to change the shipping location. Very unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the frame and the portrait based upon the amount paid. I ordered 2 portraits so double the disappointment & double the cost!

Hello DJ, We hate to hear that the quality of your order was not perfect! We are more than happy to get this replaced for you. Please check your email inbox for more details.

Put the hanger on the wrong end of the frame and the clips holding the art in punctured through the cardboard in the back, making it nearly impossible to reorient the picture without damaging it.
