West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Absolutely loved my order!! I got a portrait and a mug! They are both amazing and match my pups markings perfectly! I’m very impressed! :)

Customer service was responsive

Good stuff! Like it

The product I received was well done and everything I wanted. There was a slight mix-up on the photo but the customer service was amazing and fixed the issue right away! I can’t wait to get the new/fixed image.

Your team is amazing, always so quick to respond and support with any question or request.

It turned out beautifully as I expected!! This was actually my third purchase from West and Willow and will continue to “gift” them as the need arises.

You’re artists nailed it! My girlfriend’s childhood dog passed last month after 15 years of love. She cried when she got her mug. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The staff are very accommodating and skilled. They provide service above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy with the product.
