I am in absolute shock at how amazing my painting of my fur babies came out. I was not expecting the realism of it but am completely blown away, amazing job!

I ordered two items two separate times. The first one came without any issues in the given time period in great condition. The second had some issues. First, I received a picture with just the frame…no pet picture in it. I immediately emailed the customer service and right away…literally, 5 mins after I sent the email I received a reply saying that they would send me one out right away and they did. There’s where my second issue came. I received a notice from ups saying my package was delivered a week later and I did not receive it. I emailed the company and they replied in five minutes saying they were sorry but they couldn’t do anything with orders that were sent out and not received. Of course, I was upset and I said as much. They replied saying they would look into and after consideration and me filing a claim with ups and the postal service they would send me another item. They were good on their word and I received the item in good condition. I used the picture as gifts each time and the quality of the picture is very good and the receiver of the gift loves it.

Came out beautiful. Repeat customer. A great gift for any pet owner. (This one I bought for my dog)

I haven’t gotten my pictures and stickers yet but it’s Wednesday and they are being delivered this Saturday. One portrait is of our family member Roxy a Chihuahua I got for my 18th birthday, she passed away at the age of 16yrs old from horrible seizures. Out of all our pet’s she was my Mom’s favorite because she stayed with her throughout my Mom’s double mastectomy! So this is one part of my Mom’s…Mother’s Day gift! The second portrait is of my best friend Pope also a Chihuahua, my Mom bought me after I had been in a life threatening car accident. He keeps me strong mentally and physically!
