I had ordered 4 portraits that I intended to hang together in a hallway. When I received them, they weren’t quite what I was looking for. The scale of each of the dogs didn’t line up to their actual size and each other. I was so bummed. I knew the error was on my part with the pictures I chose and how I uploaded them. Initially I was just going to accept them as is knowing it was my error but I figured I would give contacting them a shot. I reached out explaining how I had made errors with my photos and was hoping they could possibly help me. I was initially thinking maybe I could edit just one of them which would make the series MUCH better but not perfect. They got back to me within 24 hours and were AMAZING. They asked me what would need to be updated to make them perfect. I told them what the problems were and they offered to edit 3 of the 4!!! They emailed me proofs of the 3 edits within a day or two and they looked perfect. I can’t say enough about the customer service. I was 100% expecting them to say they couldn’t help me because the portraits are customized but nope! I’m so impressed and will absolutely use them again. If you are on the fence about having this company create your portraits, don’t be. Incredible.

Customer service to review and fix a mistake on my first portrait was excellent. Communication was frequent, they made everything right, and it was a quick turnaround. Great customer service, which is hard to come by these days.
