Excellent experience. I sent in the photo and within a few weeks I was the proud owner of a GORGEOUS 8x10 digital portrait of my adorable mini poodle. It looks just like him in the photo--there are no distortions or deviations from the photo sent in. I also opted for the picture mug and it is my FAVORITE mug. I am thrilled with the service and products received, and will likely try to get more coffee mugs with my dog's face on it. 10/10 experience.

Great experience. When I followed up on the order I received updates all the way until I received the order. I provided feedback on the picture and they made the changes I requested. It turned out amazing!

Customer service is amazing!! Not only did they help me with a discount code, but they mixed an error in the picture. Merdea was kind, fast with responses , and a joy to communicate with! I would highly recommend West and Willow!
