Item arrived with one of two dogs faces being wrong. Immediately emailed them & they responded in a timely manner. Corrected the photo and sent for fulfillment. Would order from again.

The website was friendly… then I guess a designer made a mistake and did not removed the harness from the picture. I emailed them, they were very responsive, corrected the artwork and send me everything again! A picture and a phone case. And they are gorgeous, I am very happy with the quality, they owning to their mistakes, and making it right hassle free. I even ended ordering a mug as well.
