West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I have gotten 5 portraits done now and they have all exceeded my expectations! 🐾❤️

We ordered two separate prints of our cat after he passed away. The first print was spot on and we were very happy with it. When the second print arrived we didn’t feel that it accurately reflected our cat. I contacted customer service about it and they were very responsive and worked with us in getting a revised photo. We are thrilled with the outcome.

I love your product! Good job!

I ordered a portrait of my rabbit and could not be more pleased with the result. It is extremely detailed and just perfect !! It also arrived in a timely fashion. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed !

I loved the products! I ordered the poster without frame (wanted a gold frame), the stickers, and the phone case. I’d buy more stickers. They’re so cool!! So happy with this purchase

So easy to use!

Great Service as Merdae was able to help us revise our portrait. Excellent customer and communication from her in making us want to recommend West and Willow to family and friends.

Beautiful picture, and excellent customer service!
