The process went smoothly. My only complaint/suggestion is that I wish you got a digital example of what the final product would look like. I have to trust how the final will look.

I am not sure how long it usually takes to make these and deliver but I ordered a small portrait 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived, I haven’t gotten any update email either, nothing else has gone wrong otherwise.

I paid 15$ extra for the “skip the line” and it has been a week since I’ve got my order. I thought it would have come a lot sooner. I cant imagine how long it would’ve taken if I wouldn’t have paid the extra amount.

Staff was very friendly when contacting me about needing another picture to meet the picture requirements. I ordered this roughly two weeks ago. However, I have yet to receive my order even though I purchased this during a Mother’s Day promotion stating “Order now and receive before Mother’s Day.” I felt that I should have gotten a ETA on my specific product but was contacted two days before Mother’s Day weekend needing a new picture. Also was sent an email stating “Your digital pet portrait is available” and after purchasing the digital download I never received the download. I emailed and still have not heard back. I love the concept of this and knew this would be a perfect Mother’s Day gift. Hope to receive it soon. ***UPDATE*** I did receive my picture and I absolutely loved it. I wish there was a better way of communicating where in the process my order is.
