It’s tough to give feedback. I purchased the item 7 days ago and have not received any updates yet. Hopefully I get item before Xmas like website said. I don’t know photos were accepted and don’t have a tracking number

I tried the same order 3 times on my iPhone and every time it didn't load or complete without losing items in my cart. I was trying to order 3 separate pet portraits with the mugs and the digital add-on and EVERY single time, it failed. It was very frustrating. Finally, I moved over to my laptop and got it completed with no issues. One thing I noticed, when you do an "add-on" like the mug or phone cover, the cart does not update in real-time so you add it again and it takes a few minutes to update but then you have over ordered. I absolutely love love love your product but the ordering process makes me want to drink egg nog all day!!! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you.
