The picture I received does not look like my dog! I thought the final product would be the original photo with the background taken out. I did not know it would be some cheesy photoshop action.

The picture received vs what was sent did not match up. Instead the artist made my pet look horrible. It was terrible quality and I’m sorry I wasted my money. They should send you a preview before they print and ship it but they do not.

I had put down the wrong mailing address and I emailed you within 5 mins of realizing it. I rec'd an email from you stating that you fixed the shipping address to my address and not Ashton Anderson...however, I just got notice that my item is being shipped and it shows it is going to Ashton Anderson - which is wrong.
