Loved it! The pictures looked just like my dogs. Also shipped quickly with no issues.

We loved it, great way to remember tucker

Exceeded my expectations. Great communication with the company through Instagram. Looks just like my sweet little parrot. I can see his personality through the photo. Amazing quality.

Great site I cannot wait to see very easy as well

We purchased a poster for our dog and love it. Great gift for friends and family.

This is the third time I’ve used West and Willow for pictures of my fur babies. We get a portrait made after they’re deceased so it’s hard to ensure we have a good picture of them to use. West and Willow has always worked with me and created beautiful pictures of my beloved fur babies. There are incredible and absolutely worth the price.

This was so fun ! The website made it easy to design our pet portrait !!! Can not WAIT to see the final product ! Excellent customer service !!

Thank you! I had a slight issue with my order and contacted customer service. They quickly responded, addresses my issue and shipped me a new photo. Awesome company!
