Great product and great customer service!

Working with customer service (Camille) was easy and helpful. Clearly the customer's satisfaction is of utmost importance. I recommend West and Willow highly.

Ordering was easy.

I heard about West & Willow during the on-air show of The Social, on CTV. I immediately found them online & placed my order for a pet portrait, as a gift to my friend. The whole online order process was so easy & now I can't wait to receive this one-of-a-kind gift!

Their customer service is top notch. One of the prints I ordered was done incorrectly and they promptly fixed it. I have been very impressed with their kindness and patience with multiple orders. I will continue to order from this company.

Turned out amazing! It also was delivered faster than my first order which I was thankful for! It was perfect! Look forward to doing business again!

Obsessed with our portrait! It’s exactly what i had in mind and will be so perfect for my office! It arrived quickly also which was great!

This was a memorial gift and it brought my friend to tears...beautiful!!
