West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

My husband and I are so happy to see the final product. It exceeds our expectations. They really look like our pets. Every time we see it, it gives us smile and joy! Good customer service is another nice addition.

I am in awe of the portrait I received of my dog from West & Willow! It is stunning! Will definitely purchase again!

Amazing. This is exactly what I was expecting when I looked at the sample pictures on the site. I showed the product to my sisters and they thought the comparison was uncanny. My only gripe is that Lily has blue cataracts on each eye and they didn't really come out on the finishing product. However, this is my fault since I should've mentioned it and told you guys to include it. It really isn't a big deal anyway, just a personal nitpick and doesnt sway the satisfaction that I have with it. I wish I could post comparison pictures to show how similar they look. Very good work! Thanks so much!!!

The original picture I received was a tad dark. When I emailed customer service, they immediately revised the image, and sent a proof for my approval. It looked so much better and they shipped out the new one free of cost!

I havnt received my order yet but lm looking forward to seeing the turn out

I really liked my first experience with West & Willow, when I had a portrait of my older cat made. Having adopted my second cat, I really wanted a similar picture of him too and I'm very happy with the outcome!

My daughter has 3 of your posters and they are beautiful. My dog is almost 17 and I want to remember her forever.

We absolutely love the memorial portrait of our dog, Charlotte. The artist captured her personality and her eyes look like they have soul. Even though she was dark in coloring, the shading of the artwork brings great depth to her features. Would definitely recommend this site for a high quality, personalized portrait of your pet.
