Repeat customer & will continue to order from them!!
I ordered a custom pet portrait fur myself & I loved it so much that I decided to order my boyfriends family one too! They loved it & were happy to see a one of their cats that had passed away a few years ago. A few months down the road, they had to say goodbye to the other cat that was in the portrait. My family thought we should get them mugs of both their kitties who are now in animal heaven. I contacted the team directly, since they were so helpful with my last order. Plus I ordered the digital download (super helpful) & it made reordering the same portrait even easier! I love this company & all the amazing people who work fur West & Willow! I love my pet portrait & I know my boyfriends family loves theirs too! I will definitely order from them again!!
