Great customer service and quick response time. The order was quick as well

We appreciate your quick positive response to redoing our picture of the pups when one had its name misspelled. My granddaughter is now delighted to hang the picture of her beloved buddies in her room.

This company does an amazing job and I had to come back for more! Thank you for your beautiful work!

I just want to say, I was super nervous about ordering….. but, so THANKFUL I did. I’m so happy. The details of the portrait are amazing and spot on from the picture I sent. Our Greater Swiss mountain dog passed away and this portrait exceeded my expectations! I started to cry the minute I saw it. Happy tears, of course. This portrait was beautiful, THANK YOU West&Willow, I can’t thank you enough, so happy I ordered. Highly recommend!

Loved it! Very unique, clean, modern and accurate depiction of our dog. Thank you. I would recommend it and may even do it for our dog who passed.

West & Willow is such a great company!! When I ordered a picture for my friend who's dog passed away they were able to send it so quickly and it is one of her favorite pieces of him.

They were so helpful and kind when I submitted my order incorrectly. Thank you for fixing my mistake!

This is my fourth purchase. Every time a friend loses there pet I have one made for them.
