I thought the picture turned out quite well... I should have probably given a little more info about the sizes so the dogs' relative size was a little better ... but that was one me.

Hello Kira, We are so bummed to hear this! We'd love to put a smile on your face. We just sent an email to the address on your order.

The picture is very cute. I wish the proportions were more accurate. It looks like my smaller dog is bigger than my big dog. I guess it’s just the way the pictures were. I love this artwork though.

It may have been that I didn't see it but I couldn’t find a “turn around” time. Just a general window of when I can expect to receive the portrait before I pay for it would’ve gone a long way.

Long shipping time with inconsistent tracking. Not sure if I will actually end up receiving anything, but hoping still. Update: Delivered finally, and looks great. Definitely a pain with tracking since UPS never updated, but overall, I’m pleased with the look of this product.

We just received our pet portrait and stickers and love them, it looks just like our dog! I’m giving this review 4 stars because my dog is multicolored and she has some black in her ears, I chose a black background not realizing her ears would blend in. I do wish someone would’ve contacted me to suggest a different color when they realized this. Other than that we love the portrait!

Easy to navigate, not annoying with cheeky sales/marketing language throughout like most small businesses inline

Customer service was great. My print was fixed and looks so much better. I would say sending a proof first would be better.

Hi Randi, Thank you for your feedback! We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations.

Update: Product is expected to arrive today. Everything since the other review has been better. Bought the digital version as well which looked great! Only 4 stars because of the lack of customer service/phone number. Overall am satisfied and happy with a perfect gift to give to anyone who loves their pet.
