I ordered a portrait, a mug, and a cuddle blanket. I am absolutely impressed with the portrait and mug. Those items arrived in a timely manner according to the shipment deadline I was given. The blanket however, I ordered on the 8th of December. I received an email stating it is being shipped. I have been tracking it.........and it says on the tracking that it's still waiting to be shipped. It's been over two weeks. It was Christmas a present. And it didn't make it on time 😔😔

The picture of Ruger was done perfectly and a beautiful picture for my mom to hang in her house after she lost him so suddenly from lymes disease. However; the photo looks like it’s on dusty pink and not soft white - I have sent an email to discuss this issue but have not receive a response. Hopefully it is fixed and delayed response due to holidays. I double checked my order to make sure I selected white but it definitely looks dusty pink. Otherwise very impressed with the work and getting it in time for Christmas!

The pictures of the dogs turned out great but their names should be lower on the print. The names are so close to the top edge of the print that its going to be hard to frame and still look nice.

The portrait wasn’t as good as one I purchased last year. Not as detailed. It looks ok but I’m a little disappointed if I’m honest

I sent a photo with the dog's head tilted in a special way he always did. I selected this photo especially for that look. The image I received does not show the dog's head tilted at all. I am disappointed with the image. Had I received a proof, I would have been able to ask for the adjustment as it did not represent what I sent.

I never received my digital file I paid for. No emails contain the file to download.
