You guys keep sending me emails with my wrong dog even after I filled out form about phone case that was wrong but that frame I ordered had the correct dog Henry but you must have my account mixed up with another one. As my large frame with Henry was correct but the phone case I ordered with my original large print of Henry ( black pug) ski jncluded a phone case but that had the incorrect dog. So that was the only part of my order wrong, Fingers crossed you reimburse me for phone case or send me correct one. All I keep getting is emails with the wrong dog. And this is the 3rd or 4th message I’ve written up try and resolve it. I appreciate your help on this. Thank you Cathy

My pet portrait was completely incorrect snd not what I ordered. It is being done but most likely won’t make it in time for Christmas. This is extremely disappointing. I’m unsure how the completely wrong item could have even been made.

I ordered a pet portrait to commemorate my beloved chihuahua, Bodhi, passing away. Unfortunately, the name is spelled incorrectly. Very disappointing.

I ordered 3 of the largest photos, each costing $140 and not 1 of them came out looking like the photos I sent in. All 3 photos were of dogs in their younger years, 1 being a 1 year old in the photo I sent, but then the photo I received had that dog looking like she was 15. The other 2 photos, 1 being the most important because it's of my partners pet that passed away, looks nothing like him or the photo I sent in. I think not doing a preview of the designs before they are made and sent out is a huge disservice to the customer since these are considered custom photos and cannot be returned, claiming that this is "In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible". I would rather my photos look correct and 100% like what I am expecting and paying for, than spending all this money, the product being rushed to me (received just shy of 2 weeks) and not being what I expected and nonreturnable. I also purchased a digital copy of the photos, which I was supposed to receive at the time of the physical product shipping, but still have not received that. I had heard so many good things about West and Willow but sadly this experience did not work out. Now to scramble and figure out new Christmas gifts.

The print looks nothing like my dog. The eye color isn’t even correct. I emailed the company and got no response. Waste of money!!

I sent an email within a couple of minutes upon placing my order advising that the mailing address on my initial order was being sent to my billing address. This wasn’t the address I wanted this purchase to go to. No one wrote back to me so I could correct it. Also I had reached your site from the today show and the discount promised was not reflected on my final charge. I did not have a way to review my order before the purchase went through. At this point I don’t even have a receipt for my purchase. The whole process was very disappointing.

No automatic estimated date of reception. No emailed tracking updates. No update on what it’s going to look like.

I havent got my order yet so how can I reveiw???
