We lost our kitty 6 months ago. I love his portrait! It captured his expression and his personality so well. I plan on giving this as a gift for my husband. Ordering was easy and I got my product within about a week.

I have used West and Willow twice now, and will certainly use them again. My first order was a tough one for them: bad photos on my part from which to work. Therefore, the process took considerably longer as they worked to "get it right." Long story short, they did get it right, even remaining patient and kind despite my own impatience and less than kind words. When I realized finally that the problem had originated with the poor photos, I understood better their problems in dealing with it. Shame on me for first grade impatience. My second order, which actually arrived before the first one came, was superb (because the photo was superb! Ha! Go figure!) The second critter, a dog, was outstanding, came in record time, and brought the owner to tears when she opened this gift from me. She claimed it was the most thoughtful gift she'd ever received, so I have W & W to thank for making me, as well as the dog, look good! While their artwork is above and beyond beautiful, their service is equally praiseworthy. They did everything they could to make me happy, and they did it cheerfully and patiently. Oh that all businesses were as concerned with their customers (and not their bottom line) as much as W&W. Too bad I could only give them 5 stars, because I would've given them many more if they'd been available. Will I use them again? Absobloominlutely.

I purchased 3 custom portraits, 2 were perfect but 1 was not. I immediately contacted West & Willow, they apologized for the error and corrected it ASAP! The custom portraits are "GORGEOUS" and they have "AMAZING" customer service! I 100% recommended them!

I’ve gotten a puppy portrait for a friend’s birthday before, but just got a double photo of my two dogs and I’m absolutely obsessed! I got the classic white and black photo, and it’s adorable but also blends in perfectly with my home decor. Would recommend to anyone!
