Great job Live the result

This is one of the best ways to remember our pup, who just passed. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

My first ever order from this company was very disappointing. After receiving communication from Maria to discuss my concerns I was completely blown away. Not only did thwy work tirelessly along side me to correct the image the went above and beyond my expecting in both product quality and willingness to satisfy a very upset new customer. I will definitely be a repeat customer now. Totally worth the money and wait. Thanks again!!

They are my go to shop for my pet needs. Staff are friendly and services are good.

I can’t believe how wonderful this picture is. You captured the love and patience that was always in his eyes. When I opened the package I instantly cried. It is such a beautiful tribute to my boy who I loved so much. Thank you.

Great product, customer service was super helpful kind.

Wonderful things to say about West & Willow! They gifted us a portrait of my puppy Rosie and it came in great time and was exactly what we expected!

You went above and beyond when my order arrived damaged. I had a new one within 3 days. Excellent customer service. Thank You.
