Wow I am speechless. I ordered this for my brother who recently lost his dog and I didn’t have a lot of pictures of her. I was kind of nervous but they did SUCH a good job at truly encapsulating her. Even down to the details of how soft/sweet her eyes were. We were both in tears!! Thank you.

I am thrilled with the service and products at West & Willow. One of my prints was darker than I liked, and they immediately reprinted a lighter copy and shipped it as a replacement. I never write reviews, but this company is just awesome! I have encouraged all of my friends and relatives to try it! It’s going to be a great Christmas thanks to West & Willow!

West & Willow not only makes an amazing product, but their customer service is amazing! I did have a little issue with one of my frames upon delivery and they resolved it immediately! I have 2 in my own home and have given them to friends of mine with their fur babies. Just order one...you won't regret.

This will be my second purchase. I made little mistake on my first order so making clear on my second! (I loved the first order too!)
