Great experience. The phone case I got is very cute but the colors are definitely off in the printing process. The digital file is spot on and looks amazing!

Your customer service I would rate 10 stars if I could! They have helped to fix my issue so quickly and easily and made it so hassle free. When you order online from a Facebook ad sometimes you just never know what you’re going to get & when it’s wrong - customer service is almost ALWAYS a huge hassle. Not this company though!! The only reason I deducted one star is because the problem customer service had to help me with was a pretty big one that could have been easily avoided. The website instructions for dog mug during ordering only say to upload pictures of your pet. It doesn’t specify *ONE* picture per pet or that ALL pictures will be used. So I uploaded 2, thinking the design team would choose the best/clearest one to print on my mug. Just knowing they would never put two pictures of the same dog on one mug?! I was wrong. So I received my expensive mug, after waiting about 3 weeks - with 2 pictures of my one dog. I was so disappointed. The website should specify & in big bold letters - to only upload one picture per dog OR to know that ALL pictures uploaded WILL be put on the mug. That would have helped easily avoid my issue. And I apologize if it’s there in fine print.., I read instructions thoroughly & still can’t find anything that specifies that. So.. definitely suggest that one small detail be added to the website. Other than that - everything arrived as it should. BUT again, I am SO thankful that customer service responded to me quickly, fixed the design to one picture of my one dog, sent me a proof to approve before remaking & resent the replacement mug at NO cost to me. Not even the shipping. I am VERY VERY pleased with that… and since the mug is soooo cute, it’s totally worth the extra trouble & wait time! Because of the customer service I would definitely recommend this company & buy from them again!! Thank you!

My cousin is very happy with the portrait of her dog that I had made through your company. I had it sent directly to her… The only thing I wish is that you guys would provide a gift note of some kind so it would make things a lot easier on both ends.

I feel the price is fair. Shipping was super fast. Frame seems nice. Of course my dog is cute :) I do feel the color of my pooch is way lighter on the canvas, versus the appearance of my Welshie in real life and the picture I sent it. For that reason, I was a little disappointed in the finished product.

After loving my first two portraits, I ordered one more time f our new kitten. It was created in a very different style than the first two. Must have been a different artist? I contacted customer service and received a speedy replacement. While my replacement is still not at the level of my first two, it is much improved and I appreciate the way the company handled things.
