Great Idea, got this as a housewarming gift, but the FREEMUG code did not work so I used the 20% off one. Bummer

Giving three stars over my ordering process, first advertisement offered a free mug but am not qualified with my purchase. Once my item was ordered I did not receive a confirmation number which worries me a little bit. Hoping for the best, and expecting a very cute portrait tho!

I really liked the first picture I had done, my second dog, his head is good, but his body is a little weird. I know he was a little turned in the picture I sent in, but he was also wearing a jacket. They removed the jacket like it said they would on the website, I just wished they would have straightened his body out also.

Picture of my boys came out really cute. Ordered a quote sign as well. Both nice, but each had the same creases in them - assuming it was do to the packaging and shipping. A bummer I can still see them when framed.

I haven't received what I ordered as yet...happy to review once I do!

I don't understand why less than 24 hours the shipping rate would be so drastic. It went from free delivery to $20.00! I didn't change the address to it was going to be delivered to, nor did it say it was a promotion or limited-time offer.

Not as I expected for the price paid. My comment left in the comment section was ignored. The names felt very small in comparison to the images. I am not thrilled with the product, especially for the price.

I would have liked more explanation of the process and what steps to expect. I’d like more size options. I just ordered, so I can’t really judge the quality and value yet.
