We absolutely love the new addition to our family and what better way to celebrate, with a portrait! The resemblance is uncanny, and has all the different tones from his fur. The process was easy and fast. We are going to get another one of both our dogs. I highly recommend it!

Ralph on you Support Team is AMAZING. I had a special request and our portrait didn’t turn out exactly as we’d hoped. I ezplained to Ralph the importance of this being his memorial portrait and Ralph took care of every detail from there. He helped with two digital revisions and made it just perfect. We expect it to arrive tomorrow, but thank you to Ralph for just an incredible job well done. I felt well taken care of and will always recommend you for this experience!

Wow the customer service here blows me away! Just amazing! I have 6 portraits now from W&W. The most recent one didn’t quite capture the essence of our dog like the other renderings did. I shared my feedback and they went above and beyond to produce the most realistic, perfect rendering of our dog and now our gallery wall is complete. Camille was very kind and patient with me and the end result is perfection! I’m really thankful that you stand by your product and do the best you can to make the customer happy.
