I have ordered 3 pet portraits from West & Willow. 2 came matching my dogs perfectly and the 3rd was a little disappointing. When I emailed them to bring up my disappointment, they were extremely accommodating and helpful. They replaced my portrait immediately and even made sure I approved of the new portrait before sending it off for print. I love this company and will ALWAYS recommend them!!
