Perfect Portrait and Service The portrait came out amazing even with the special request to allow me to remember my late family dog the way I remember her as. There were a few hiccups with printing errors and frame damage but it was all accommodated for with a free new custom portrait each time. The service was amazing and very understanding of my situation and was able to help me get the perfect portrait for my mom to look at and remember her special baby forever.

Absolute best customer service, and that’s coming from someone who works for Amazon. Requested a different photo be used than the initial one submitted, and had a lovely exchange with the rep and they were very accommodating. This is now my second purchase and I’m already thinking about a 3rd. Can’t beat the quality, both in service and product!

The name was misspelled when my portrait arrived but the support team helped in a timely manner, and I was blown away by the portrait quality and customer service.
