What a great experience. Maria helped and kept me informed every step of the way. She never made me feel bad for my multiple emails or when I asked if they could make an edit. I haven’t received the portraits yet but I just know it’s going to look amazing! Thank you Maria and thank you West and Willow!!

West & Willow did a fantastic job of capturing our pup, Misha! Although the colors were a bit off in the first review, they were easily able to make the changes needed and it looks absolutely perfect! We are so happy with our portrait! Customer service was also extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommend West & Willow for your portrait needs!

This is my second time ordering from the company and the service is amazing! I made an error on my order and ordered the wrong size. West & Willow made the correction as soon as I contacted them. They were even able to compare my original order from several years ago to ensure the new dog picture will match. The quality and service is excellent.

Just ordered four custom portraits for winners of a social media photo contest put on by ProBioraPet - the only probiotics for pets’ mouths which supports tooth and gum health. Very easy to order - can’t wait to see the portraits.

corrected an issue I had with not receiving my order. sometimes mistakes happen, but it's how they are corrected thats most important. They did a good job at this.

The process was very simple and made me confident that if something was wrong with my picture, that you would contact me to get a better one. It answered all my questions.

The team is efficient, flexible, and super nice. They are willing to communicate with us to provide print that we are happy with. They are kind and we appreciate their patience knowing that I’m such a perfectionist dog mom. Couldn’t be happier to find this service and cannot wait to hold the final product when it arrived.
