Easy ordering process and I love my dog picture!

I am so excited for my picture to come in!!! Super easy process.

I didn’t want to get the big picture because I was scared how it would turn out. I just got it in the mail and I could cry over how good it is!!!!!!! Now I wish I would’ve gotten the larger image!

My experience was wonderful. Ordering was easy. Initially the rendering was not quite the right coloring, however after speaking with them and sharing another picture with them, the coloring and the rendering were spot on. It looks just like her. I’m very happy with how it turned out. My only complaint is you are only able to upload one picture initially, and they don’t reach out to confirm the drawing before shipping. It may be helpful in the initial stages to ask for two different pictures- one for the rendering and a close up for coloring. Regardless, their customer service is incredible and the final product is amazing. I couldn’t be happier to have this in remembrance of my favorite pet. Highly recommend this!

At first I had some issues with the frame of one of my pictures, but they had excellent customer service and they handled it well. The portraits did turn out beautiful!
