Ordering was easy. Can't wait see it!

While ordering if you want to go back to previous page to change the design or add a note it brings you back to beginning and you have to start all over again with the order. It almost made me quit ordering it. Hopefully I will love the products ordered

Ordering was easy and quick!

This should be really six stars plus! I have witnessed at least eight Dog portraits by West and Willow and everyone has been stunning! You will definitely not be disappointed! I live in the United Kingdom and my unreasonable deduction of a STAR is due to the time issue on processing these fabulous images. If I pay for express development someone else will suffer! Come on West and Willow you have an excellent product, now step up to the line. I WANT IT NOW! JR from Essex England.

It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and haven't received ANY other correspondence from West & Willow. I've received a lot of promotional material from them, but nothing with regards to my order. I will update if I get any info from them...UPDATE- the W&W team reached out and they were very helpful. An apparent lack of communication (can't always rely on technology). They were extremely responsive and helpful and all is right in the world. Order is on it's way and from the proofs, they will look amazing and I will forever have a time stamp of the loves of my life. thank you!!

The portrait of my son’s dog turned out amazing! It’s beautiful.

The website was very user friendly and each step was easy to follow. I wanted to upload one more picture of the two dogs together to give more details but it only allowed one for each dog. I am excited to see the finished product. Lindsay
