West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Lovey pictures and great option for something more modern, but a bit disappointed. Was given a print of our dog as a gift last year and have a new puppy and wanted to add a matching picture. Sizes ordered was the same, but is actually about 1/2 inch smaller. Doesn’t sound a lot, but side by side it is really noticeable. The overall picture finish is also different. The older picture is more artistic and the new more realistic and like an actual picture. Hard to explain, but definitely not the same graphics and look odd together. Overall - if you more than one picture, I would strongly suggest that they are all ordered at the same time. Dogs still both look gorgeous!!

There is no communication about my order.

My review is based on experience and not the actual product at this point. I’ve ordered this as a gift and there’s a few things in the process that is highly disappointing. 1. We won’t see a proof before the item is shipped. Why? I’ve never ordered anything that was custom art, a print of some sort where I was unable to see an image even with PROOF printed over it. 2. I’m unable to write a note. Again, this is a gift. When the recipient receives it- they will have NO CLUE who it’s from. 3. While the customer service response was prompt, it wasn’t helpful in any way. Overall, before I’ve even see the art. I’m beyond disappointed and think I was way overcharged and will not be returning.

When I was checking out, standard shipping was free. I tried to process the payment and it reverted me back and then told me standard shipping was now $10. Also, very tasteless to ask for a tip lol

I’m just hoping they got the pictures and the names right? It didn’t show that in the cart. And I had to put Gracie’s pic on coffee cup a second time? It’s possible I did something wrong tho! Can’t wat to get them! The Great Dane is for my daughter

My tracking number isn’t working and I’m not sure when my purchase is going to be delivered. I’ve reached out to customer services with no response. This is a gift to a person who lost their dog & I have no idea what they are getting (no email showing me how this item turned out) or when this package is going to be delivered. Better communication is needed.

It was easy to order. However, I made some mistakes and now it is very difficult to get my order corrected since it is challenging to get a response from customer service via live person. I look forward to getting the portrait once completed.

I am giving only 3 starts for this review because #1 I haven't received my order yet and I can't review what I have not seen. #2 I received an offer for a free mug if I accepted email and text. Signed up for email and texts and getting them regularly. However, when I put the offer code it did not go through and I paid 32 for a mug that I only wanted if it were free. I sent a message right away to have this corrected. I have not heard back from West and Willow regarding. But I am still getting the texts and emails. This is frustrating! To have no answer to a customer service request is not good business. I have been in retail my entire professional life and this would not happen under my watch. Disappointing. Hope my portrait comes out great!
