Love the way the pic turned out, but the posted came with creases in it. Not sure if they will smooth out when framed but I'm pretty disappointed considering the amount of money spent on this.

For what I paid I was so disappointed with the result. Ordered a 3 pet picture but the design only filled 1/3 of the frame leaving a rather large frame very empty. I complained and they agreed to redesign the picture. The new design was only slightly better, I agreed to the replacement but this took 6 weeks to be delivered! The price is totally ridiculous for the service and quality provided. Nearly £130 for the picture and that was half price supposedly!

I got the picture of my dogs. I had written in comments to have flea collars removed and to include a marking on my black dogs chest. When it arrived one dog looked perfect the other dog looked similar to my dog but it was hard to say it was her. They also did not take off her flea collar or Include her white marking. I have to say customer service was good about responding to my concerns. They sent me the edited version to approve, which still had the flea collar on and no white marking. Once they finally got my concerns they mailed me a second picture. When I uncovered it I noticed the glass was all scratched. Still waiting to hear back from customer service

The frame looks like it was damaged and touched up with black paint. I am giving as a gift and I’m disappointed with the price paid for the quality. The painting itself is very nice.

Beautiful portrait of my Doberman but unfortunately, they portrayed him with milk chocolate fur when his fur is jet black. Sadly, they do not give you a preview before shipping the product.

Service + delivery time was great. The only reason I’m giving a low rating is I’m not happy with how the picture turned out which is a gift for my MIL birthday. We had another one made at Christmas times of our 2 dogs and it came out great.

contacted customer support for giving me the wrong order. No Reply yet after 3 days.

The picture is nice, but skip the frame it's super cheap. What you end up getting is probably not worth the price. However, the biggest reason for my rating is their poor service. I ordered my picture by the Christmas deadline stated by W&W (early Dec) but didn't receive it until after the new year. The person whom I was gifting it to had since left the country following the holidays and I had to spend more money to get it to them. Compounding the issue was ZERO communication from W&W on shipping or delays of any sort. I had to hound them via social media to get a response of any type after I started to get nervous the week before Christmas. They proceeded to then send me a shipping notice with a confirmation number that didn't work. Then when it finally worked 2-3 days before Christmas it stated it would arrive January 6th. As you can imagine, that left me in a huge bind to scramble and find something to give the person! In the end, I overpaid for the picture and had to shell out extra money for shipping and a second gift to give on Christmas morning. What a disaster. Overall, the experience left me with a very bad taste in my mouth and left the person I was giving the gift to with a really bad impression. Never again.
