West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Website was very easy to use and options were well laid out. I didn’t see how to claim my free mug for national dog day weekend, but that’s a minor knock.

Love this company, makes cute and meaningful gifts (:

From customer service to quality to the joy of the person I gifted my portrait to, West & Willow delivered. Special thanks to Camille on support staff for keeping me updated on my order status. Thanks!

Very smooth and simple. I'm looking forward to the finished product!

The quality of print is great, love it! I had reached out about fixing the scale of the dogs as both were the same size in the original print. One dog is actually smaller than the other & they had no way of knowing this as I provided separate pics (one of each dog, not side by side). Camille at customer service was so friendly and accommodating! Kept me in the loop the entire time & provided a digital copy to approve before processing! My revised photo is already shipped, FREE! The entire process to revise only took a couple days which is AMAZING! Was so impressed with their service, I ordered a few more for the other dogs in our extended family. LOVE WEST & WILLOW!! Thanks again Camille!!

Wonderful customer service. Loved my purchase so much I wanted a second. Contacted customer service to place 2nd order. They made it super easy. Wonderful company and products!!

So far so good…..
