Absolutely amazing. Responds immediately, super kind, understands all your needs and concerns. My older brother used this company when his fur baby passed last year and the painting looks just like him. We lost our fur baby poppa Wolfe a month ago and they got my portrait to us within a weeks time. Poppas had one blue and one brown eye and the eye color was switched on the painting. We reached out to the company, the responded immediately, and are now mailing us our new corrected portrait of our sweet poppas. I’m crying while I write this because they have been so wonderful and kind. Thank you so so much! The portrait looks just like my dear poppas!
