West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Very easy process to order. Customer service was very helpful with fixing something on my order. Looking forward to see the finished product to commemorate Lincoln.

Amazing picture. Lost my cat very recently and wanted something beautiful to remember him by and that’s exactly what I got. Thank you.

I made a mistake with the spelling of my pets name and they responded very quickly and told me they will take care of it with no problem I was so relieved. Will tell all my friends about them.

Photo was better than expected. My sweet 14 year old dachshund passed away and I had one of her done. It is beautiful. I ordered 2 more of my other dogs. Can not wait to see them.

Good experience, was easy to make my way through and order my portrait.

No problems ordering a poster and mug for my girlfriend

Love the product! Had an issue with my order & received an immediate response & resolution.

Loved the result. Exceeded expectations. Had a small issue with the frame that it came with. West & Willow's customer service was exceptional. I will be recommending them to all my pet loving friends.
