Excellent customer service and response time.

This is my second portrait after the my cat passed away recently as a memorial. I forgot what size my previous order was and Ralph was able to find the previous order - which was a gift! - and he found it to match the two. I am so thankful and very much looking forward to it.

We had 5 photos done, one for each of our small dogs, 4 came out pretty great but the 5th one came out very bad. Our dog is very clearly blonde/yellow and the picture potters him pink/red. He basically looks like Clifford the big red dog. Pretty disappointed for the money spent here. Updated! 9/25 - customer service was fantastic. Maria helped correct any and all issues I had with the picture that I had an issue with and had it sent out within a week or two. If you’re nervous about how they will come out, don’t be, because they will make every effort to get it to look exactly the way you want it!

My pet portrait captured Isa perfectly. I had to put her down on May 2nd this year due to kidney disease. This is a very special gift to always remember her. Thank you for this moment! ❤️‍🩹

Never showed up. I'm really bummed as this was a gift for a friend whose pup just passed away. Hoping to get it re-sent or refunded. Update: the team reached out after I emailed and have been helpful so far in investigating. They sent a replacement and took swift action on something out of their control. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be!
