West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I am just OBSESSED with this portrait of my little boy! It makes me want to order more and put them all over the house. It is just the cutest thing ever and something I can always cherish!

I haven’t ordered from West & Willow before, but saw a gift my daughter received. It was a picture of her precious Maltese. Everyone loved it!! My son recently lost his dog, so I thought this would be perfect gift. Ordering was easy!

What a fabulous company to work with!

Process was simple...looking forward to seeing the product.

Great customer service

Website was easy to navigate and when ai had a question, support reached out super fast!

Excellent product and fantastic service. I ordered a framed portrait of my dog some years ago. It arrived on time and the package was well done and ensured the content remained safe during transit. More recently I realized that I had lost the full resolution image which was provided with the physical portrait, so I contacted their customer service for some help, fully expecting that too much time had passed and that they probably can't do anything. But to my surprise and delight their team delivered. They replied with a very nice note and provided the full resolution image as an attachment and even included a link where I could download it as well. If you're vacillating on whether you should purchase a portrait of your pet from West & Willow, consider this your sign to go ahead and do it.

easy to do just pray the art looks clean and makes a good gift
