We too were a little anxious about the process , but the support team was prompt to respond to questions and offer advice . The two different pictures I ordered arrived in a reasonable time and were in perfect condition . The artist really captured what we were looking for . I got them for a birthday Present for two people I love dearly and I’m sure happy tears will be shed !

I was a little nervous with the photo I submitted, it was in portrait mode so some of the edges were a little blurry. The artist absolutely nailed it though, it turned out perfect. Was a gift for my boyfriend and he immediately started crying upon opening 🥹
