Consumers need to be able to see what the pet portrait will look like before they actually pay.

This is the second purchase from West & Willow. I will start by saying the artwork is good. It could be me (and this is the second time ordering) but I am positive that I selected digital download at checkout and it didn't seem to stick... On the topic of digital downloads it would be nice if you could order just that (they have in the past for special occasions I guess) as the gift I was doing their print sizes are too large. I was intending to print on my own (and I did). Customer service was helpful although I am not sure if their first response was automated or if they just didn't read my question.

After choosing my photos, I tried to edit and relay my edits and your website would not let me...I am hoping you will not include the entire photo which has background s which I do not want. Kathleen Zurka Order date - 7/1/22 Order #282257

I placed an order on 5/27 - with a holiday in there and not counting my order date, it's been 13 biz days / 21 cal days since my order. In that time, I've received 9 promotional emails, but not a single order update despite the fact that the order confirmation said my order would ship in 7-10 days. Their customer communication (beyond trying to sell you more) is not up to even the most basic of ecom standards. 6/26/22: Updating my review from 1 to 3 stars. Although I really liked the final product, but it took 30 days to arrive, which is not what they'd advertised. If you're looking for a gift to hit a specific date, beware!

I’m 50/50 on this right now because I don’t get to see what the final product is until it’s delivered to the person. So it’s on its way to my parents but I don’t even know if it looks good. You should consider adding a step for it to be approved first

Update: contacted them regarding the damaged farms and the response was quick and satisfactory. A new framed print is to ship within a few days. I still would have liked to review before printing. Frame came damaged. I also wish I had an opportunity to view it before print. I might have changed photo.

Extremely disappointed in product. It doesn’t look like one Zoe. Looks fake.

Updated Review: W&W's customer service is outstanding. W&W promptly contacted me after my original review and immediately remedied the problem by working on sending a replacement mug. Unfortunately, the replacement mug looks very similar to the first mug, just lighter. The people who work on the prints seem inconsistent. I'm also a bit thrown off how the print for the portrait vs. the mug are different. Shouldn't they be the same? W&W, thanks for at least trying to fix the problem. Original Review: The portrait on the coffee mug is disproportionate compared to the photo I provided. I'm not satisfied with the mug, but the framed portrait is nice. I want to ask for another iteration of the coffee mug, but per W&W's policy you're only allowed to request this within 24 hours of receiving the package. This order is for a friend who's dog recently passed away, so I wasn't able to get feedback within the 24-hr window and honestly it felt insensitive to ask a grieving friend about the quality of the gift. My suggestion is to think twice about ordering the mug because the print may not be the same as the framed portrait. To W&W, maybe give your customers a longer window of time to provide feedback if the products received are not satisfactory.
